It’s a Hometown Celebration this 4th of July in Beaver…co-ed softball tourney, homerun derby, live music, bounce houses, kids games, BBQ and concessions, free swim at the Beaver pool, turtle races, lantern release at dark, and a city fireworks display hosted by the Beaver Fire Department…all events at the Beaver School Baseball Complex starting at 9a on July 4th…sponsored by the Beaver County Chamber.
Elkhart is having a Color Run on Friday morning 8 am, kiddie parade on main at 10 am, and The Elkhart Fire Dept. is having a firework show at airport at dark.
The Annual Goodwell Golf Scramble will take place on Friday, July 4th at the Oklahoma Panhandle State University Regional Golf Course with proceeds benefitting the Goodwell Ambulance Fund. Registration begins at 8:30 a.m. with tee-off at 9 a.m. Four-man teams will be drawn once all golfers have registered.
